1½ cup rolled oats {I used Trader Joe’s brand, which you can purchase here}
1 c water {can be cold or room temp}
1 Tbsp flax meal {I used Trader Joe’s brand, which you can purchase here}
1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Chai CBD Multi Collagen
½ cup organic blueberries
These Vanilla Chai Blueberry Overnight Oats can soak overnight, for 24 hours, or a few days if you’d like. The longer they soak, the creamier they’ll become!
