Alex has been working in the hospitality industry since 2007. After falling in love with food and wine he perused a career in beverage services, and in 2012 he became part of the CMS (Court of Master Sommeliers) as a certified sommelier.
While learning about wine and spirits his lifelong passion for cooking began to play a larger role in his life when he began offering local private food and beverage services in the DMV.
Since then Alex has incorporated a mindful approach to fine dining and cuisine. In 2015 Alex began his journey as a full time Yoga Instructor and has found many ways to marry his passions of food, wine, and yoga all in the same setting.
Beth first began practicing yoga after college, learning quickly that its purpose was to guide her back to a feeling of home within herself each and every time she stepped onto her mat.
In 2017, Beth completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, began teaching, and never looked back, completing a holistic wellness coaching certification program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in that same year. Since stepping into her soul’s work as a teacher and guide, she left corporate America, started Whole Beeing LLC, and has been teaching yoga and wellness coaching ever since.
At the start of 2020, Beth completed 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Indra Yoga Institute in India, where she immersed herself in the ancient teachings of the practice, trauma informed yoga, Ayurveda, and sacred Indian culture. Through teaching yoga and wellness coaching, Beth strives to facilitate self-study, or Svadhyaya in Sanskrit, as she holds space for her students and clients to inquire with themselves, live with greater intention and awareness, feel at home in their own skin, and incorporate lessons learned on the mat into their daily lives.
