“Healthy” doesn’t have to mean complicated. From the moment I begin working with a client, my goal is to help them master a lifestyle that aligns their truest being in a way that’s completely sustainable. Nourishing your body with nutritious food is important, but elaborate recipes are often inaccessible for the busy majority.
Most of the dishes I put together are less than 10-ingredients and this CHOCOLATE CHAI GRANOLA is one of my fave recipes I’ve concocted so far. It’s delicious, easy, and you can add it to a smoothie bowl, mix it with some nut milk as cereal, or eat it on its own as a snack! Recipe below:
1 cup rolled oats {Trader Joe’s brand}
3 Tbsp Sprouted Organic Super Simple Seeds {Go Raw brand pumpkin & sunflower seeds}
2 Tbsp Flax meal {Trader Joe’s brand}
2 Tbsp Shredded coconut {Bob’s Red Mill brand}
2 scoops Vanilla Chai CBD Multi Collagen {Ancient Nutrition brand}
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 Tbsp cacao {Trader Joe’s brand}
1 Tbsp pure almond milk {Malk brand}
Add ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl.
Spray baking sheet with coconut oil cooking spray.
Pour granola onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
