I was on the search for “healthy” while working in the busy corporate world and it didn’t take long before I found myself yo-yo dieting, emotionally eating, and moving through life with a lack of mindfulness and self-loving. What started out as a health journey turned into me feeling overwhelmed by the latest wellness fads and realizing that there had to be a better, more sustainable path to prioritizing myself. I dove deep into practicing Yoga, which helped me become more self-aware while recognizing the power of movement, stillness, and breath. I began caring for myself with loving, nourishing myself with balance, and moving as medicine rather than an item on my to do list. I started looking at the whole picture of wellness and tuning into what my body, mind, and soul needed to feel in harmony — whole.
I believed in the impact of it all so deeply that I found myself in Yoga Teacher Trainings and a Holistic Health Coach certification program that later inspired me to leave my corporate job and pursue my passions. I founded Whole Beeing to guide and teach busy wellness seeker feeling stuck along their wellness journey how to mindfully thrive in their own skin because these are the tools I once needed and the tools that have taught me to care for my whole being.
